- scientific and military high altitude flights for various payloads,

- boosters and first stages for suborbital and orbital rocket launchers,

- Short Range Ballistic Target Missiles (SRBTM)

- Reentry Target Vehicle (RTV)

- Multiple Independent Reentry Target Vehicle (MIRTV)

The military users for the ECR and RTV/MIRTV systems include:

- naval forces

- space forces

- air forces

- land forces

- military academies

- military research institutes.
